Much needed options for living. Worked closely with four local municipalities on the Central Coast to design and develop Pre-Designed ADU plans to help property owners with the design, permitting review, and construction. Included six different plan types ranging in size and complexity, with four exterior architectural design styles: California Modern, Backyard Craftsman, Beach Bungalow, and Coastal Ranch.
